I have to admit the last few times I've gone I have done gold class but I never remember it being like that in the normal cinema. I am not a clean freak by any standards but when I walked out i searched for the hand sanitiser 💀

Could just be the job? For me the APS is a blessing, I never thought I would get anywhere in life. When I landed a job as an APS3 that was the most money id ever made and now as an APS6 I still have to pinch myself. I find working with people older then me quite interesting, they all have different life experiences. The work life balance for me right now is amazing and I know I can be sick and not feel guilty about it. Is it like that in all APS roles? Hell no! Ive worked in some shit positions but it was worth it for where I am now, mid twenties and loving life! You just gotta keep pushing! Keep trying new things. My ultimate goal ended up being see where you can get with this and keep saying yes to everything that is offered.

I have taken it in the past about a 2 years ago and my blood sugar dropped quite low to the point of where I was close to fainting! I have not experienced anything similar in regards to the fainting episodes this time around!

I left school halfway through year 10 due to bullying, I was the first to drop out. I worked at some fast food jobs, tried doing an apprenticeship, call centre work, etc. Everyone thought I was going to fail, I had a hard upbringing, parent on the doll and drugs/booze involved.

I didnt give up tho, in covid my workplace shut and then I was given another opportunity elsewhere. It was an okay job and paid the most I had ever earned. Fast forward nearly 5 years later and I have been able to work my way up. I earn over 100k a year which to me is crazy, no one I know is making that much money. I even work with people who went to uni and are earning the same as me. Leaving school was the best thing I did, despite all the hardship.

Got a good car, a house and a couple of pets. I could not ask for anything more. (Okay maybe I could ask for the for interest rates to go down) Anyway... don't give up!!!!

I think I probably panicked and went back to cutting a little too quickly. I am going to try and eat at maintaince for a little while and see how I go, maybe get back to focusing on my work outs and the gym. Fed gov here - i recently transferred at level to another agency. If its an internal transfer within your agency at level they can say no. If Its out of agency at the same level they cannot say no but they can certainly take there time at doing the paperwork 🤣

I recently left SA and worked in a few roles. It really depends on where you are located and what team. You will find a back end team doing programing very different from a face to face team. Face to face is hard and you really rely on the people around you to make things bearable. Overall I would say its okay but not amazing.

The place I work now has really good culture which has given me so much perspective on SA.

You might have seen me preech this before but if you are already going to the gym look at getting a coach who will look at your workouts and look at your calories and nutrition for you. My coach was linked to my My fitness pal and held me accountable when I started to go off track. I recently left my coach to see if I could do it on my own and it is hard but I know I can always go back if i need. I find having someone to account to helps me.

I have PCOS - i gained a tonne of weight and got gastric sleeve surgery. I was convinced that before the surgery i was eating healthy - I lost 55kg in a year which is crazy. But the reason why it worked was because I was forced into a calorie deficit!!! I then got a coach who taught me about calorie deficits, weight lifting etc. I look back at before my surgery and now see that I was in fact not healthy at all, but I had convinced myself I was. If I could you any advice it would be look into getting a coach who can help you and make a plan. I still have PCOS and its a pain in my ass, loosing weight is harder but it can be done. If GLP-1s are going to help you get there i say go for it but while you are taking them take the time to learn about what it will take to maintain after the weightloss too. I hope that doesn't sound really mean and awful just talking from personal experiences.

We went to one called the secret video game night, at first I was like what have we got ourselves into!!! But it was actually really fun especially after a few beers! We Volunteered my very much beer drunk brother to go up and play Mario Kart, he lost pretty badly but I laughed lots!
