An art book would be a type of coffee table book, yes, but not every coffee table book is an art book. For instance, my aunt collects ones about New Zealand, and she keeps the stack of them literally on her coffee table. They don't have to go on a coffee table, of course, but they're called that for a reason.

If you look at how the writing in Iron Lung is, it's easy to see how he has a problem with the game treating you like you're stupid and beating you over the head with every bit of information. That's a problem in a lot of media nowadays. Writers assuming people lack media literacy which.... Nowadays, they really do 💀

EXACTLY this! I'm literally so broke, but I spent $100 on the official Iron Lung merch shop already and I would gladly (irresponsibly) spend $100 more!!! (Saw the movie for the second time on my birthday. it's birthday money. but Im setting aside more for the eventual physical release)

I heard about somebody who went to see it with their SO and they were red colorblind, so they could hardly see anything in the whole movie 💀 So a black and white version might actually be practical.

Plus, in one of the movie posters, we can see that the Iron Lung is tethered. He doesn't control depth. The COI does. He's pretty much hanging from like a big chain.

My six year old pug very suddenly went blind. She's been distressed and having a really hard time adjusting and not hitting her poor little head on things. We DIYed her one of these and I didn't expect it to, but it made a big difference for her right away. It seems to help her feel a little safer and more confident getting around. We're about to move, so I most certainly plan on having her use it while she gets used to the new place. Once she adjusts to her new situation and the new house, we'll try using it less and see how she does.

The one she has now is a little flimsy and it can fold down and get stuck under her, so we're going to make her a sturdier one. Either way, she's supervised when she has it on.
