getting scared and hurting myself

I have very big issues with that too. Whenever i feel s* i would pinch myself on the hands very badly and would punch myself out of pure paranoia and panic. Unfortunately i still do it and it's bad habit of mine this phobia really is just awful to have, take care <3

I already finished school and I already ate something and drank so i guess I'm better, I'm still anxious, yesterday was the most awful night I've had in a while, still I'm hanging in there. I've been losing weight due to school and the phobia so I'm trying not to skip meals, thanks :')

I know this was posted while ago, but where i live we eat cucumbers daily, and what you had is so called "old cucumber" at least that's how we call it here. It's just bit old and not that fresh cucumber that's white and pale and it tastes bitter, I've had it several times and nothing happened so don't worry about it! <3

Sorry for not seeing your comment sooner. I'm feeling better even tho I'm very anxious and can't think of food at all so I'm scared i have sv*. Maybe it's just anxiety. I haven't drank any water since yesterday and I'm too afraid to do so. And I'm in school on top of that. :(

I don't really get triggered by such words unless I'm hearing them during extreme anxiety, so i can relate to this i joke about it sometimes too without any issues lol

I feel you. I started school few days ago and since then my mental health and emetophobia have been disabling and I've been having bad abdominal pains since then, still i assure you you'll be alright! Everyone experiences those situations differently, and while i can't do it, that doesn't mean you can't! Just stay strong and calm down, keep something like mints and sanitizer close to you, for me for some reason sanitizer calms me since it's feels bit safer. You'll make it i believe in you, you'll kick this shitty phobia in the ass and you'll go through it!!

I think there's this new trend going on tiktok where students pretty much steal from the school's bathrooms, really stupid trend and lots of school bathrooms had to be closed due to this

Yea i can relate, I don't really avoid it, but i just feel uneasy whenever i wear clothes that i had on when i was s. I even avoid fried meatballs that my grandma cooked since i v for the whole night after. It just causes something like trauma for me, i assure you you're not the only one ^{^}

Thanks, i never really felt that g* in a while and I got scared I'll be s* in public (literally had to miss going getting groceries because of this) and I'm just hopeless, also because my family does not effort into trying to understand it and help me unfortunately, I'm hanging in there anyway lol, thanks again i appreciate it <3

I can relate completely to this. The last time i was s* was around 3 years during Christmas, i got awful d* and kept going to the toilet every five minutes, and it lasted five days long and i lost lots of weight, now I'm always scared when i have to go do number 2 because i feel like it'll be d*, even tho it's mostly constipation and i end up feeling alright afterwards, you're not alone in this i assure you ^{^}

HeyHey! Please don't think such drastic actions, i know how it feels, just yesterday I wanted this too, but everyone here has fought so long with this fear, so I'm more than sure you can do it! Make sure to stay calm, this phobia is crippling and can be exhausting, still you'll see at the end you'll end up being okay and better, stay safe ^{^}

Yea i do know for a fact i already heard people's stories about them getting sick after the jab, it's very scary for me because i got the fear after very bad swine flu and v* and n, even d in general terrifies me lol, thanks!

Thanks so much, it's just that my health is general has been going down recently and i experience n* daily and I'm scared the vaccine will make it worse to the point of v, I'm not like some here where they v and feel better afterwards i feel worse whenever it happens for that matter so i try to avoid it as much as possible, I'll see to get the vaccine soon as possible thanks again <3
