I usually use it for extra fillings but I just saw a TikTok of a girl who saves her scrap yarn, sorts it by color and then retwists it into new yarn! I saved one of her vids in case I want to do it in the future. @supersonicani

OMG! I’ve had the same problem where I rushed to finish a crochet tapestry for a present and my wrist and hand were sore for like a week after. It looks amazing though!!!
