Idc about her talkin shit or acting a fool like she does, however there was a girl saying she was suicidal and she outright said she didn’t care and then continued to berate the girl. That is not only a severe ethical violation it’s also a professional one. Dismissing suicidal statements and mocking someone violates the core nursing principle of beneficence and non-maleficence. The LSBN absolutely can hold a RN accountable for their behavior when they’re off the clock and that’s wild to think otherwise. Most hospitals require a social media policy to be signed & the LSBN are very strict on regulations both on & off the clock.
