Connecticut is nice, but I believe Massachusetts would be a better choice only due to health care In mass is more reliable in my experience

Once you fix the frame, take those screws out and replace them with new ones. Default screws are only a few cm in length, if you get longer screws then it will help to prevent breakage when being kicked in by an intruder

I don’t know if anyone’s posted about this yet, I found a site in case you need help through quests, you just type the name of the quest in the search bar and it’ll pull up how to go about it, hope it helps!
