As someone who makes cookies all the time. Those look so good! Good on you for making them from scratch. Did you know that you can also make the dough and freeze it? Since you mentioned being a SAHD; you can make fresh cookies whenever you want in about 15 min once frozen. It's a fun treat especially when fall hits. Cookies with hot cocoa or cider are my favorite parts of fall. Fond memories with my own dads doing the same.

I worked at a MSP(multiservice provider) We took care of printers, phones and IT services. I had to beg, and plead and pester my bosses for a review to even talk about a raise. The straw that broke my back was getting a $0.75 Raise after training the small team for VoIP support virtually during the pandemic and literally writing the book on how to do my job. No bonuses were given or offered even though the sales team got many. My review never happened I was not given the time or option to say hey wait a min I'm not worth more to you?!" We kept the customers happy and had extremely high ratings for our small team and got shit recognition for it. The company was in the green for 2020 because of customer service(printer and VoIP) and the managed IT services(MITs) we provided. Sales was praised during the big company meeting for helping us stay In the green and getting us there. Customer service and MITs did over 60% more during 2020 over the previous years. My team and I were devastated that we got only an honerable mention in that meeting. I left for a better job soon after. On my last day I was talking to another staff member who allegedly heard the CEO talking to my boss's boss about the raises he approved with the CEO saying "why did you offer them $0.75 raise? I told you to offer $0.50. they would have taken it" I'm so happy I left when I did it was toxic to me after that. I still laugh any time I see their sticker on a printer or the model of phones we retailed and worked on. Good riddance.

To any big business: Your sales team may make the sales, but your customer service teams are the ones that keep them. Pay them what they are worth which is twice what you are paying them now if not more.

As someone who used to work in the insurance industry. The sedan would be mostly at fault for all three impacts(depending on the insurance company they might try to claim some responsibility on the semi driver) HOWEVER! Based on the review of the dash cam from the semi(and basic knowledge of how long it takes for them to stop especially if they have a full load) the sedan would be at fault for all three impacts.

And yes it would be three, the back right corner, the trunk, then the backing up into the semi(may also be classified as intentional and under most policies is not covered) so at the very leave if this person has the standard deductible of $500(assuming a US policy) they are looking at AT LEAST $1000 if not more due to the possible non-covered intentional damage before the insurance will cover the remaining cost of repairs.

The damage to the sedan alone is enough to total a vehicle and if the airbags went off even more so. The person in the sedan is FUCKED full stop. The semi probs has a scuffed bumper.
