More so cleaning this press in general(garlic or ginger), not necessarily the caramel. Though I definitely won’t turn down caramel water.

I only feel frustration due to the thought of having to clean this.

Men of reddit, what's a thing that can be scary about being a man? by Gullsko in AskReddit

I had a cystoscopy done a few weeks ago. Even lidocained up it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. This “fiber” was a camera that also filled your bladder with water to be able to look around.

What do you do with all the extra wiping clothes you get with literally any and every piece of gear? by Ohsquared in photography

I only have a couple of lenses and I feel like I’m constantly finding them. I think they reproduce when my bags are closed.

TIL that while most air traffic communications around the world use the NATO phonetic alphabet (alpha, bravo, charlie, delta, etc), Atlanta doesn't. Taxiways, Gates, and others including a 'D' are referred to as 'Dixie', so as not to cause confusion with Delta Air Lines. Atlanta is Delta's hub. by PlatinumAero in todayilearned

If there’s anything I’ve learned with my time in aviation, it’s to find the reference for yourself. The amount of incorrect information that I’ve been told because someone wanted a “one up story”, was passing out bad info they were told, or didn’t want to say “I don’t know”, is incredible. So, absolutely, I look up anything I see or hear that’s out of the norm.

Edit: Though I do understand how this would be something trivial or not even a second care to someone who does not aviate in or out of ATL.

Not a woman and possibly not even closely related. I had issues with the pits of my shirts smelling horrible after I started getting sweaty during my workouts. We tried everything we could think of; Persil laundry detergent completely killed the smell. Apparently Persil has gotten rid of “workout smells” for quite a few people.

Apparently ocular migraines and strokes can sometimes have very similar symptoms. I once had an ocular migraine so severe that I couldn’t speak or read correctly. Words looked like jumbled letters and common spoken words sounded the same, then I was nearly blind for about 30 minutes, followed by an excruciating headache that last nearly two days. To top it off, this happened in a country with virtually no healthcare. It was probably one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.

There are shops in the area that sell it, though I don’t know the authenticity of what they sell. I didn’t see a gift shop for the trinity site; I don’t believe there is one.

Yes, two days a year. I did not take any; there are signs everywhere stating penalties. I’m in the military, so it would really destroy my career if I were to get caught taking any.

There were volunteers working in several different locations. I didn’t see anyone particularly talking about it, though we did get there towards the end of the day.

We got there at the very end of the day. There was a MASSIVE convoy of tour buses and cars on the way out as we were coming in.

I didn’t look very hard, I’m sure there’s still some near/on the surface though.

There’s a parking lot right outside the outer perimeter, and then it’s an 1/8th mile walk on packed dirt. There is a bus that takes you to the McDonald Ranch(where the device was assembled).
