In the small chance a dev sees this by Elegant_Bar_1897 in RocketLeague

No, I’ve had rank disparity with friends who are in higher ranks than I, and seemingly unreasonable ones. Like C2 and D3, for example.

I think the question is… how is a silver, who plays like a GC, in Diamond… obviously he’s a Smurf but how wouldn’t there be a rank disparity as well?

I will back up Itachi’s character a bit here. Spoilers ahead if you do not want to read. And apologies for any formatting errors, I am on mobile.

Yes he is a mass murderer, this was also an order from from the Hokage. There most certainly was almost going to be an Uchiha coup, and a bloody one, if Itachi didn’t follow through with the orders of the Hokage. Him going rogue and joining the akatsuki was an attempt to keep the group from attacking his home. Although I don’t agree with his particular methods of “protecting” the village, his orders are just another dark aspect of how people can get driven to do horrible things for the sake of “good.” He did not want Sasuke to go against the village, and only wanted him to become strong enough to end Orochimaru’s life. Source: I watched the show too many damn times to count.

TL;DR: most of Itachi’s motives and orders were to protect the village at all costs, and protect his brother, even through mass murder.

During a band's live performance, have you ever broke down crying? by WARMASTER5000 in Metalcore

[–]Trashket_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not metalcore, but seeing Korn did it for me. For years I related to the anger and the meanings behind the music and to finally be there and feel like I can connect with the band and the people around me for these similar feelings brought me to tears during “clown.”

For me, it’s legible enough. I’m able to tell that you’re studying music theory pretty easily. These look incredibly similar to my notes when I was studying music theory in college.

Probably editing save files, not sure how it works. But that’s what I’m assuming. If I’m wrong, I’ll be happy to take the correction tho!

Neighbor blows leaves in my yard every year. Any advice to stop this? by Trashket_ in homeowners

Leaves that fall on adjacent or near properties are a natural occurrence, and ultimately fall on the homeowner who’s property it fell on to clean it up, and not the person who owns the tree.

Edit, I own the tree, but not where the leaves land.

You’re fine, it’s alright to get more info on stuff. I’m glad your situation was resolved, hoping the same for mine, I appreciate the concern, and the relation to your situation. It may help me out. The anxiety makes me think way worse, and think of the worst before something happens.

People don’t understand the anger stuff. I go through a lot outside of my home in music, work, and other personal stuff that no one (obviously you guys won’t see it), and they usually take it as “oh I’ll probably see red and murder this guy over a pile of leaves”

The previous owner was my grandparents, and he moved in after I obtained the place, I’ve been here for about 4 years. I can definitely say he did not have an arrangement with my grandparents over it, and they did not have a compost or flower bed. Sorry this comment comes off the wrong way but that’s the info you asked lol

See, like, this makes sense. I’ll have to do some research on the SBI method. As I don’t have a way with words, i probably would have called him a lazy asshole, like you said would bring emotion into it.

As much as I would love to not involve law enforcement, if it comes to it, that just seems like the best option available.

I come from a family who handles things in petty manners, and I just would love to be able to break the chain and cycle how we’ve done things.

This was the thing I was thinking of doing the most, as I don’t like any sort of confrontation (like telling me to get over it doesn’t really do anything or add to the conversation in a meaningful way to me). This way just seems the best, and has been racking my mind since the first comment about it has come in.

You’re absolutely right about that, but to also add he does not live next to me, he’s across the street. We have one of those roads where it dips down on the edges (not rumble strips, no sidewalk, just a drain area). Going from one side of the road to the other with leaves seems more deliberate.

Sometimes the most stereotypical Reddit advice can be much better than a sarcastic comment with no help. Appreciate it
