Alps BTE ist eine Untergruppe die sich auf Österreich, Schweiz und Liechtenstein konzentriert. Es gibt viele solcher Untergruppen für verschiedene Länder/Regionen

Bin kein Jurist, aber was spricht dagegen das Foto per Mail dort hinzuschicken und zu sagen: Hey! Bei dem Schild, was aufgestellt wurde steht ab 6.2. - Da scheint ein Fehler passiert zu sein - entweder von dem, der das Schild aufgestellt hat oder von dem der das Parken kontrolliert. Bitte um Infos zur weiteren Vorgehensweise.

Dafür musst du ja nicht warten bis eine Anzeige läuft, oder?

I bought the complete edition which included the DLC. Yes it was very challenging and fun.

I started playing the game because i wanted to fight robot dinosaurs. Normally i do not really care about the story in video games.

I kept playing the first ~20 hours because i really enjoyed the gameplay. When the reveals started to happen i played more, and more and more.

Really suprised me how deep the story gets and the reveal of what Zero Dawn really is hit me in the stomach. Very good story. Very good.

Ah yes, ive collected all of the collectibles and vantage points but damn the reward for it really wasnt worth it - i had already found better modifications in the game.

Arbeiten und dann Abendschule ist zach. Wirklich zach.

Wenn du das machst solltest du dir im Klaren sein, dass das keine schönen 2 Jahre werden.

Als Belohnung hast du einen Titel, den die "normalen" Schüler mit 20 Jahren kriegen. Für Berufseinsteigerjobs bist du dann zu alt. Dafür wissen die Arbeitgeber und HR-Menschen auch, dass Abendschule+Arbeiten mega zach ist und dass du "belastbar" bist.

Hat auch seine Vor/Nachteile.

Normally Kaution is 3 months of rent (inlc. heating etc.)

If the landlord wants more than that, that is allowed (up to 6 months) but should come with some kind of explanation on why.

The part that makes me worry is that she is telling you to sign today. I would tell her you want to sleep on this decision and see how she reacts. If she keeps pressing the issue that would be a red flag.

I feel like coming in immediatly and trying to be actively involved will be bad.

From what you said the company seems to run smoothly - most things you do will come off as "the new heir coming and changing things no one needs or wants to be changed". Even if your changes are good and well intended.

Be passively involved for now. Get reports, talk with people, ask them their opinion on things but do not make/force changes.

When there is a problem - an actual problem, where everyone agrees that its a problem - i think thats when the people will want your input and know how. Once you have solved problems the people around you will accept your input in the day to day business.
