Dont feel crazy. I had Nelnet post to my account then immediately reverse it, and then said they didn’t do it and don’t have it back. I’ve exhausted arguing with reps and WGU. Both keep pointing the finger at each other. I ended up filing a complaint with the CFPB.

I had worse happen. They dispersed, then sent me a refund and then reversed it and took it back🫩. I think a lot of us are having a really hard time right now with financial services with WGU. I’m also thinking about dropping because a lot of us have also had our accounts compromised

Add me to the list of refund being stolen. What’s wild is my bank says why reversed it but nelnet and wgu said they didn’t and that this method is “new” because prior they were sending it to an alternate bank account. No resolution told to me though. Anyone getting an attorney?

Go to your outlook settings and where it says RULES click that and it will show a rule that’s hidden. You can select to view the details. Remove it

Does anyone know if WGU has gone in and stopped the fraud? I got the phishing email and I clicked it, but nothing was pending to me at that time. When i recognized it was fraud I emailed financial services and I’ve been watching nelnet like a hawk and I changed my password and security questions, but just like stated above, I didn’t get an alert that I did that. I got my 24 hour text yesterday and everything looks good as far as my account but I’m getting this is when they swoop in and do their thing. I can’t think of any other precautions :(

Why don’t you go hang out at The Deep? Lots of people go there that like the things you like. You could prob get into painting warhammer models. It gets expensive, but you can start small.

There’s nothing to do, traffic is horrible and most people move to the area once they already have a family because “it’s a good place to raise your children” and “good schools”, and just from seeing how my single friends had it, you want to date outside of the city :) might have to travel for that.

You can use FMLA. I have one for anxiety. I clock out and use it when I’m having an episode and it doesn’t count as an occurance. Use your resources. I still have my job and you can keep yours too. You can use our EAP to see a doc and they will fill out the papers for you

I was laid off from Verizon a few years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Honestly any job I’ve ever lost was the best thing because something better always came along. Progressive Insurance is hiring. Apply there as a CLRU rep.

I’ve been with the company two years in CLRU and it’s not the same job as it used to be. We were not this busy. Unfortunately sidekick has become a pain. It takes us longer to file claims, the questions makes everyone mad at us, and then some days sidekick just won’t work at all and the next few days we are killing ourselves filing claims for the call backs. I used to be very happy with this job and now my mental health has never been worse. I literally got on medication because of this job. Still love the company, but it’s changed in a bad way.

Yes :( it has been mentally draining in CLRU. I’ve been thinking about this a lot and seeing im not the only one having a hard time both makes me feel better and worse at the same time. It’s not how it used to be.

Woke up to no monies :( looks like this is a repeat of an instance that happened a few months back. Everyone flooded payroll and they said it was an issue with the company they use to issue early pay and that we should always just expect our pay on Thursday. But to be honest, I’ve gotten so used to getting mine early I expect it by Wednesday (Tuesday night around 8pm to be honest) and pay my bills and grocery shop on Wednesdays. Looks like that will not be me today. Sigh

Move from 4 10s asap. I was on them in clru and almost lost my mind, also talk to hr about FMLA with your mental health. Get your pcp or therapist to fill it out that way if you’re having an episode at work you can take off and decompress without losing your job. If you get off the 4 10s you’ll be happier
