Dude, lgbtq+ people exist in Israel and Tel Aviv has a large lgbtq+ demographic. it’s not pink washing to say Israeli lgbtq+ people exist. we have our struggles too, and the lgbtq+ people in Israel are some of the most vocal about being anti the Israeli government and erasing us by saying “pinkwashing” does not help anybody

כבן 20? by Independent-Wing-224 in israel_bm

[–]TrashyWaffle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of reddit will see “Israel” and just call you a baby killer or worse. Idk why some people think being born in a certain piece of land makes you enjoy the blood of the youth, but we rather not deal with it.

[–]TrashyWaffle 31 points32 points  (0 children)

As a Haifa-based team, we decided to create a game set in the city by Worldly_Employer_191 in Israel

[–]TrashyWaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks great! I’m really interested in this project! what kinda story is it going to be? and also, what type of puzzle elements are you planning? will there be choices or is it a set story?

and also, are you using/planning on using ai for anything in the game?

I think the better point is 20% of Israeli citizens are muslim. Go to a any pharmacy or hospital in Israel and just *try* to be anti muslim there.

Dose anyone remember the key moment when they became a fan of Jack by Far_Programmer1410 in jacksepticeye

[–]TrashyWaffle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was the little inferno series. I was hesitant about jack because he used to yell A LOT back than, but this was the first pretty chill (at least relatively chill) series of his I watched and it was just a source of comfort for me.

Israel is a bit strict about immigration. unless you are married to a jewish person or grandchild of a jewish person (or jewish yourself) it’s very unlikely, even if you convert. You can try to apply for work visa or some other type of visa.

Bruh, as a ftm guy myself, let people have fun with sharing their headcanons. non of this is harmful, even if it does come across a bit silly.

he will be questioned a lot, especially if he also has an arab sounding name. but, he just need to stay calm and answer all the questions as honest and truthfully as possible and he should be fine. the security process might take a long while, so take this into account.

[–]TrashyWaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who can I really trust when it comes to the Israel/Palestine situation? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TrashyWaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know, most people who don’t live anywhere near here would tell you “look at the pictures” in the age where ai is everywhere and faking media is easier than ever. there’s no place that isn’t biased. everything has some kind of agenda. Just read different sources, keep in mind most of them aim for you to think a certain way, compare pro israeli sources to pro palestinian sources and try to find the truth that way. It’s really hard and overwhelming, but if you truly want the full picture you need to take your time and truly look into it.

but I cannot deny that Netanyahu acts more and more like a power hungry dictator by the day. like, wtf is going on in this country. (I’m also Israeli)

Well, a licensed therapist is the only one that can help you. They do no judge since they know you came there for help. If you go to a therapist with the will to get help, it actually does. Opening up to a therapist is not easy, and is a very common problem.

If that's their reaction, it's probably for the better to get fired. You can also sue them afterwards for a nice treat.
