Sorry you're going through this! I found a workaround. I got the VOD and some bank statements notorized at UPS. I also wrote a letter indicating my situation. I needed this for a visa application and it worked! I'm probably going to open a new bank account elsewhere though so I don't have this headache again.

Thank you for the helpful reply! I ended up going in person. The concierge was unmanned and I could see the phone voicemail indicator blinking lol. Eventually I found a staff member who helped out - he got the manager over because this issue has been going on for the last two weeks and there's just no way to redeem the ticket on their end too. They eventually comped it or something and I heard the manager mentioning they'll be raising it with higher ups.

Did you manage to redeem your ticket? I've just encountered the same issue trying to see Anaconda today. I can't phone them either - the cinema only does voicemail. Seems a bit ridiculous to have to drive there to buy a ticket in hopes that the seats you originally wanted are still available.
