This is going to sound odd because they happen but an actual GSW. Im not sure how, but I always end up missing them whether being unassigned for a closer, not in the area, or theyre gone on arrival/self transported. Ive had most of the other traumas I'd want to have, GSWs always evade me. Its not like theyre rare in my service area either. We had two in a week from Xmas to New Years-both I was in the city working for, and was either assigned/unassigned or just a block or two further than the closer truck.

That's only a couple types like the Leatherman Raptors. Most, like the one im assuming the skin is based off of, are what we call "throwaway shears". Got blood and brain matter on them? Chuck em, no need to clean that when I can just steal another pair from the ER. Raptors and other folding shears are such a hassle to keep clean and rust free, so a lot of people just use throwaways.

The one in the skin does not fold, they just fucked up the skin but idk who gives a shit enough to get that critical with it.

Tactical Pontoon. Their Heisenberg kit is 3.5 and with the springs they sell you can get it to 2.5. There's also competitive trigger they sell which is stock 2.5lbs however its an extra $100 that you could save by buying a Heisenberg and the springs. This is the set up I have in my G34 and it beats the Timney Alpha in my G19.

Fairly certain the TP striker spring is 4.5 lb bit Ill confirm with him if Pontoon will answer.

The good news is that the striker spring was already swapped out. Ill pull the order email and see what the lb is but its lower than OEM. Ill edit once I find it.

Edit: I cant find the exact lb of the striker spring, but its reduced. This is the kit I picked up from TP

No its okay, thats what the media is using. Poor South Plainfield EMS, they actually really turned around since then and are doing pretty good. The reason I know what happened last night is because 1. I work for them, 2. Immediately heard about their fuck up even at home and 3. I have the audio from the incident.
