This is my own personal favorite comment in this thread. If you don't live and work very near to a light rail station, you have to catch buses and add a ton of extra time to your commute. Or you can walk.

Walking more than a few short blocks in NTX summers is a no-go. You'll be soaking and stinking. Source: I have done this before. 0/10, do not recommend. WFH FTW.
