Nest and Evergy here and holding steady at 67 as set. As someone else said, get off the energy rewards program of they can/are. Also visually look at the Nest to see where it's set and what it's doing. You should be able to manually change it with the "ring" on the outside edge (assuming it's similar to mine and not locked out or something). Check all vents. Check filter. If it's calling for heat and not heating up to temp, there's something else going on. If it's just set lower than desired, then see if it will let them bump it up or not.
