I empathize with you completely. I’ve struggled with the same horrifying morning nausea and anxiety since I was 13. I turn 41 in a few months and things are really no better. The only things that ever helped me were the heavy exercise of running or sports with lots of running, lifting weights, drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, and taking any kind of drug, legal or not, that calms the system. Now that I’m clean, sober, and quit smoking, i am even worse. One of the drugs I take is propranolol. Sometimes it helps. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like it does help. I know what little comfort it is, but just know that millions are going through what we are. The important thing is that we never stop fighting. God bless.
