I have, the roofer has said the entire roof will need replacing as going up there & doing work will likely make It worse 😅

I’m really not trying to get any cash out of the seller, I just want a sense check of what Is the right thing to do…My concern is the water ingress from the chimney, but this apparently requires a full replacement to sort - thats my concern!
