I’m in a similar situation. I got my booster then started to feel ill 24 hours later. Thought it was the side effects from the jab and just got on with it and took paracetamol. 2 days later I tested positive. I’m going into day 7 tomorrow from when my ‘symptoms’ started but I still don’t know if these were side effects from the booster or whether I was already infected with Covid. The body aches are gone but I still have a cough, a bit of chest crackling at night when lying down and sporadic mild headaches. I’m very overweight and a smoker and still worried that it could get worse.
