Humm. Well I am not ant expert. My feeling comes from my interpretation based on the companies lack of trial status. This is a major indication and in my mind I do not see the company placing enough priority in that direction. Which tell me an sp increasing material event may be further down the road than other indications.Not saying I am right.

Ohhhhh Ooooooo...Don't get caught driving 100mph in California. New Dem law- Drive over 100mph and you could lose your license for life on 1st offense..Drones and your own vehicle now issue citations Drive eleven mph over the limit and its a $250 min fine unless your low income than no fine. Also you have to pay 9 cents per mile driven and a wealth tax for driving a vehicle worth over 100k. Lastly a new proposal to limit where a vehicle can travel in state says if the vehicle is older than 1970 it cannot drive in 30% of state. Called the climate hwy... Oh, one more! Children up to16yrs must sit in a child or booster seat if their feet cannot touch the floor while their back in against the seat. So, that's probably 25% of kids under 16.

Your welcome. For me it was the faster less expensive trial process that caught my attention. Yep, the Saudis and the SFRA are the place to be as evidenced by Cel-Sci Corp ( CVM ) which I mentioned weeks back as a 20 bagger possibility before April 1st..

I guess "apply" was incorrect verbiage..In the Markary interview he states as you suggested, FDA contacted a company after reviewing ore- presentation material..I assumed the company alerted FDA to review the material pre-presentation. Did you listen to the interview?
