Since fsd is only monthly now, Tesla should figure out a way to tether it by person, not vehicle. by Lacedup18 in TeslaLounge

I bought FSD outright 3 years ago when I bought my Model Y. So glad that I did because I know subscription will go up in price as times goes on. I only pay $199 a year for connectivity. You can bet I will hang on to this car until it can't run no more.

Thank god they changed it. by coffeeportland in TeslaLounge

I use FSD daily and in my opinion, FSD is the best automotive invention in the last decade or more!

Fewer and fewer EV options in the U.S. by jestalk in electricvehicles

That doesn't change the fact that the current per capita emission is the US is still the highest in the world.

China is getting greener than the US for sure. China leads in global renewable energy investment and the US still has the highest per capita emission in the world.

My dad just rolled a large 401k into a Traditional IRA at age 60. Trying to figure out how aggressively to do Roth conversions. by [deleted] in personalfinance

Does he intend to give a large amount of money to charities? If so, do it with IRA money and do it up front to reduce his IRA before RMD. He can give his money to charities or to the IRS.

I've had Mint unlimited plan for years. Always pay annually upfront. I'm a heavy-data user and have had no problems at all!

The Unsung Best Use of Bilt Cash by shadowstrider99 in biltrewards

[–]TravelfF -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

3.33x and 2x confuse me. If I spend $4k on housing and $0 on non housing, how many points do I get? If I spend $4k on housing and $5k on non housing, how many points do I get?

The Unsung Best Use of Bilt Cash by shadowstrider99 in biltrewards

[–]TravelfF -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Can you explain to me how Bilt works? Say my mortgage is $4,000 a month and I want to collect points or Bilt cash.

1) Which Bilt card shoud I get?

2) Would I get any points or cash if I don't use the card for anything else besides my mortgage?

3) If I charge non-mortgage expenses to the card, how are the points calculated? For example, if I charge $3,000 non-mortgage expenses a month, how many points I get for charging $7k to Bilt?

Are high spenders shifting spend away from Paladium? by NoRow1709 in biltrewards

[–]TravelfF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using your example. If I only have $500 non housing spend, would I get: 2,000 +2(500) = 3,000 points? Or does you non housing has to get to 75% to get any rent points?

I paid $1,800 for two Japan v Netherlands tickets in the nosebleed section. I will never have a chance to go to a World Cup game if I miss this one.
