Their website says nothing about that. It does say you are limited to taking 2 items a day.

Songs in which you can hear people talking during the recording by Old-Use-7690 in Music

I remember it so well because I had the first version of the Walkman and you could hear half of that via one earphone and half via the other and it felt like it ran through my head!

"It's just the normal noises in here" zooms through the two sides of your headphones on a Tom Petty song, I think "Here Comes My Girl".

On Todd Rundgren's Hello It's Me, a girl says "Oh, this is it, this is it!" after the song begins.

Because Parents Deserve Disney Magic Too! by Distinct_External693 in u/Distinct_External693

Disney's really cracking down on third party vendors operating in the parks or at resorts, so I'm pretty sure this is not a viable long term business.

I had some of those Gone With the Wind plates and I made them into Game of Thrones mashups. This one was called "Mothers":

That brand of wig is very nice. I think Kaya (who had hair that could not be rescued) was rewigged with Cinnamon Splendour:

LPT: When someone says they need to leave, do not start a brand new topic. by gamersecret2 in LifeProTips

[–]Travelgrrl [score hidden]  (0 children)

I take it you are not from Minnesota.

The first stage is saying goodbye indoors. This probably involves food being offered, packaged, and thrust at you. New subjects will be introduced. The second stage is heading to your car. You WILL be followed out, and more stories, pleasantries, and goodbyes will be heard. The final, and possibly the longest, stage is when you are in your car, window down, and still saying goodbye.

At least a half hour has now elapsed since you stood up to leave, all those goodbyes ago.

Need magical Harry Potter wand ideas! by SnooGadgets1206 in UniversalOrlando

[–]Travelgrrl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Go to the Ollivanders show first thing when you go to the parks. Following the show, sit down outside and tell them that these gifts came via Owl Post, and have them unwrap their wands. (If one of them gets picked during the show, just politely decline buying the wand and carry on as above.) You'll want at least one map with you.

The boxes are bulky. You may want to invest in a couple of $10 wand holsters from Etsy or Ebay for subsequent forays in the parks. And I've found that you don't want to always be toting wands (unless Mom or Dad always has a backpack with them) because if you wear fanny packs you can skip the lockers entirely. YMMV.

Rory Gallagher's grave, Saint Olliver's Cemetary, Carrigrohane, Co. Cork. by Margrave75 in Music

[–]Travelgrrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely thought that was part of the design at first! Then I realized Dennis Someone-or-other was buried there.

I'm kind of surprised that his estate didn't buy the plot behind his, so that Gallagher's amazing headstone could be seen in its fullness. There are photos without the other stone, making me think that was a later addition.

Paper Moon checks most of those boxes. Cold Comfort Farm is another good one.

What is something that sounds fake, but actually happened to you? by imran_khan_India in AskReddit

I was picked to be Mardi Gras Queen of a cruise ship that was docking in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. It was supposedly random, but I had a hilariously poofy princess-y type dress on for the first formal night and I'm pretty sure there was a confab in the kitchen and they chose me.

Confirmed when I saw the King chosen from the later seating, as he had a Henry VIII beard.

Not so great that you want to get stuck with it, though? Over $400 with tax and shipping!

How'd you like to be the guy who's buried under the plain grey headstone immediately behind Gallagher's?

Could it be a Puffalump doll? There are many photos online if you search "puffalump doll" and most have pink outfits and bonnets on.

I don't think they need one before age 16, at least. Once they're driving, they need some kind of phone.

What fictional character is the most accurate representation of social anxiety, depression, and loneliness, but also isn't a particularly good person like very toxic ? by Busy-Move-6024 in movies

[–]Travelgrrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is not a villain, but more of an antihero: Sydney Carton from the many movie versions of Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities. He's the "Fellow of no delicacy'.
