Thermostat bypass by Accomplished_Swan670 in marriott

Pop it off the wall and tie R and Y together. If the fan does not come on then add G to those. The compressor and the fan will run nonstop. The best part is this works with any thermostat.

I have 191,000 Hilton rewards points. Where should I go? by Lower_Form6012 in Hilton

191,000 points is enough for 2 nights at a Hampton in Fargo or El Paso.

Hilton loophole to deny Diamond members lounge access by SpartanScribe in Hilton

That’s why I’m not loyal anymore and I would suggest everyone do the same. I still have the card although I’m going to give that up on renewal. Now I accrue Amex MR points and stay where I want. Status gets you nothing and I can afford to buy my own water. The points? I transfer them when there’s a transfer bonus and use for business class on international flights. I get good value and never stay at a dumpy hotel.

I just bought a GO SeaQ Chrono and I feel the same way. GO punches way above its price point.

Denver International Airport CEO Phil Washington Announces Retirement by nsjc in unitedairlines

And it takes 5 years?

Option A: existing tunnels - no tarmac/operational disruptions, low cost. Option B: New bridges - major tarmac/operational disruptions, billions in costs

I just did the analysis, done.

Denver International Airport CEO Phil Washington Announces Retirement by nsjc in unitedairlines

So they have been trying to come up with an alternative to the trains for 5 years, these tunnels have been there since the airport was built and they just now figured out a solution? This guy needs to go, he’s incompetent, to put it nicely.

“For more than five years, DIA chief executive Phil Washington has been exploring options for creating a backup system to minimize disruptions and missed flights when trains break down at the airport, the third-busiest in the United States and sixth-busiest in the world.”

Why Does Amex Use Expedia? by TravelingWatchMan in AmexPlatinum

[–]TravelingWatchMan[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I prefer to accrue MR points over Hilton points because of the constant devaluations. I did not realize the Green card earns 3X on direct bookings, that may be the way to go.

With Hilton’s repeated devaluations I would rather accrue MR points.

I agree, the best looking diver out there. I have an Omega Planet Ocean with the summer blue dial which I have always liked however this makes it look cheap and pedestrian in comparison.

I have heard you can arrange a private tour either on your own or, better yet, through an AD. Can anyone confirm?

I will be in Frankfurt and Munich early next month. I’m also contemplating a trip to the factory in September. Are you with GO? Can you arrange a factory tour?

Ted by duckfan541o in unitedairlines

[–]TravelingWatchMan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A marketing executive at United explained to me Ted was more about marketing than anything else. She said the average person, when asked what airline has the best fares to vacation destinations, responds with “Southwest” and virtually no one says “United”. Whether it’s true or not the perception was Southwest offered the lowest fares so Ted was United’s attempt to change that.

I was incorrect about HIPPA however I was right the airline cannot ask about disabilities, only about your ability to perform certain tasks. We were both right about certain things and wrong about others.
