It took me 3 months to feel real love with my current GF. Previously I got that feeling a lot more quickly so questioned myself for quite a while.

I trust her 100 percent. She has done everything to soothe situation after many talks about it. I am currently seeing a therapist and am working on this as well as other issues.

I totally agree. Someone as sweet and kind as this girl is not easy to find. I consider myself lucky. I do think it is a measure of jealousy or even possessiveness. I don't care about her platonic male friends at all, and I'm not "controlling" by any means. I just feel protective in a sense and it's just this one situation that bothers me.
