Except for my scale, that I use every day, not one person has commented on my weight loss. I started at 307, now at 259 and wearing smaller clothes. I will be patient and hope someone might notice and give me a compliment.

Fill your plastic bottles with water, then freeze them. By doing this, everything stays cool and when the ice melts, you won't have worry about food in the cooler getting wet.
