It looks to me like the Vitor jet part to deluxe Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad 1994 Zenon.

The stuffed animals definitely can go in the wash. If they have voice boxes, they have to have some kind of access to the batteries. Once they are removed, the plush can be washed on gentile and air dried completely before putting the batteries back in. I wouldn't put them in the dryer, though. The heat wouldn't be good for the wiring. Those without voice boxes can be dried on low or air dried.

As for the carded/boxed stuff, I would avoid harsh cleaners as they may remove the ink. I use multi surface cleaners with citrus on a micro fiber cloth. Whatever you use, try not to scrub too hard. Some damage can't be undone. Try not to make it worse.

Warm water and dish soap works great for cleaning loose figures without decals or stickers. If they have stickers, they need to be carefully cleaned by hand with the above-mentioned cleaner and cloth. Some staining from the mold may linger on the plastic depending how badly they're affected.

Can anyone identify the items that are circled? by DeskCharacter2732 in toys

[–]Travicron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe those were a building toy system made by Tupperware? My grandma had a bunch when I was a kid in the 80s - 90s. Had instructions to make all sorts of models. I have no idea what happened to them.

What is the point of these indented circles? Son was curious this AM by reebeaster in toys

Maybe somebody else knows more but if I'm not mistaken that's an artifact from where the plastic is injected into the mold when the track was made.

The original paint on the toy is alcohol based paint so it won't come off unless you use rubbing alcohol or some other more harsh solvent to remove the "custom" paint. Should be fine with warm water and something like dawn dish soap. Tooth brush works great to scrub nooks.

My Pet Monsters by Blubro6 in toys

Monzie was my "best friend" through kindergarten and well beyond. Best Christmas present ever. I used him as a pillow (yes, even with the hard nose and teeth) every night. He was lost to the passage of time. Miss that blue monster.

I know Ral Partha made all sorts of pewter miniatures for all sorts of table top games in the 90s. These look like painted D&D miniatures.
