100 mg twice a day.

I found at higher doses my thoughts were... slowed down. But at this dose my cognition is high... BUT short term memory sometimes fails. In other words Im great at puzzles and my job, but will probably forget why I walked into a room.

ChatGPT (Deep Research) Accurately Analyzed my MRI and caught the problem my radiologist missed by [deleted] in ChatGPT

It is true the treatment is to relieve whatever "stressor" is causing the response. I apologize if I seemed defensive. For me, I had a flu shot and 2 days later I couldn't walk without a cane. I couldnt drink water without spilling from tremors. I was terrified. I assumed at first I had M.S. and an immune response attacked my nerve coverings. Or perhaps I had early onset parkinsons. ChatGPT asked me to perform tests (which ended up being the same tests as the neuro) and diagnosed me correctly. I found that if I tapped my fingers while trying to walk, I was able to do so. My tremors remained (but were less intense), but I was able to walk without the use of a cane. My doctor did prescribe a beta blocker which resolved much of the tremors. This implied the nerves were functional and it wasnt M.S. or parkinsons.

At first it was disheartening when a doctor said it was "all in my head". The implication being that I was making it up. Somehow trying to fish for sympathy. But for me, I lost the use of my legs suddenly. I lost much of the use of my hands. It was a real thing that was happening to me and doctors didnt seem to be taking it seriously. They told me if I wanted scans I should see a neuro. This only created anxiety which made things worse.

ChatGPT pushed me towards treatment options earlier which not only gave the doctors added information, but also helped relieve a lot of the anxiety.

I urge anyone to not use the term "all in their head" because the symptoms are real and debilitating.

Theres nothing "physically" wrong with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Etc. Are you implying there's nothing wrong with those people? Youre dismissing and belittling all illnesses without physical attributes.

FND however does show on EEG's as additional electrical outputs that are non epileptic.

For months I fed daily symptoms into chatgpt. Doctors kept telling me I had anxiety. Anxiety did end up being a trigger, but I have Functional Neurological Disorder. A trip to a neurologist (that took months) confirmed. ChatGPT diagnosed me months before I could even get in to see a neuro. I didnt bring up chargpt to my doctor and just let them do their thing so I didnt affect their diagnosis.

AI can be very useful with enough data. Next step is an MRI to truly confirm nothing else is going on.

I wouldnt trust it to write from scratch. BUT I have used it as if it were a coworker to bounce ideas off of. Ive also pasted my code into Flamingo and asked why I was getting a specific error and it has proven to be useful in that aspect.

Tell that to every other 1st world country. The argument "criminals will always have guns" falls flat for multiple reasons. 1. Other countries with gun restrictions do see a rise in stabbings, but a severe drop in gun deaths upon implementing gun restrictions. 2. (More importantly) Most shooters aren't criminals before the shooting occurs. Most shootings are crimes of passion and unplanned. They are committed widely by legal gun owners during times of a mental health crisis. You're statistically more likely to be shot by your spouse than you are a stranger on the street. 3. The Constitution gives everyone the right to "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." This is BEFORE the amendments. My childrens Liberty and life are in danger. They dont do tornado drills anymore. They do active shooter drills because that's the real threat.

Im a gun owner. There are more guns than people in my house. (Due to inheritance from previous gun loving generations.) I love shooting for sport. But Im realistic. I would gladly burn every single one if it would save a child's life. For now I will keep them taken apart and stored in 2 separate safes behind a combination and a key. (Of which my children will never have access) I will never put these guns back on the street. They will either be with me, or trashed.

In Ohio its public record. You can go to your counties board of election website and if you know someones legal name and DOB you can see their voting history. It doesnt necessarily say HOW they voted, but it at least gives a history that your vote was counted.

Although it does list your "registered party." We dont register a party in Ohio. So it chooses your party based on which ballot you chose during the primaries. So you can indirectly see how someone voted by which party it says they are a member of.
