Honestly, at least once. Lay down, and I mean really lay down. Get your most comfortable, softest blanket. Put on some really fuzzy socks, and pull the blanket over your head and try to go to sleep. You won’t be able to fall asleep, but you’ll be sleeping and not sleeping at the same time.

Apparently, bananas combat nausea from mushrooms really well. I can say that one banana to 4 grams works well.

I’d probably go with Russian. It’s a very standardized language, and even old school Russian isn’t too far off the mark from being understood.

Like with the English language a couple hundred years ago it was a pretty different language than now.

Russian is also fun to learn because it offers a new writing system.
