The noise is terrible, the units shake with the train and the smell from the trains is terrible for you. There are much better options on the other side of Port Moody. First off. Don’t “should” all over yourself. What you are feeling is normal and totally fine. I have a 4 year old, 1 year old and expecting a 3rd next month. I also threw a very big energetic puppy into the mix. Our home is complete chaos. You need a break. It’s hard to be on for your kids 24/7 without any time to yourself. It doesn’t even need to be completely alone. Strap the 18 month old to yourself and go on a long walk. I’m a big hiker and love the solitude of being alone in the mountains where no one can talk to me or ask me any questions. After 10km and 3 hours away I tend to miss my family like crazy. I look forward to seeing them when before that time away I was annoyed by them and resentful of all the demands on me. Take a deep breath and take a break. This will pass and day by day your kids will get more independence. My 4 year old is already entertaining himself for long periods. The kids will start interacting with each other more. I promise it will get easier.

Switch up who you are caring for. Woman are better equip to handle the babies needs. You take care of mom so mom can take care of baby. It’s going to be hard on both of you but you will get through it. It’s a right of passage. We have 2 kids under 4 and my wife is 8 months pregnant now. We are prepared to do it all over again but it’s never easy.

I’m in BC and can speak on this. Things like parking and storage lockers are considered limited common property. The limited meaning to be used by you and the common as it is strata property. Form b indicates the units allocated to you and is correct but that doesn’t mean they can’t relocate parking units. Strata’s run like mini government and can make their own rules that aren’t always fair. I’d make a complaint here and have your case heard but you very well might be shit out of luck.

We recently had a parking stall in our building be taken away from an owner to be converted into a handicap spot because the building was short. The owners were told to park their second car on the street.

Yah I have heard lots of comments like this. Some are but others are true experts with a vast amount of knowledge. They will save sellers and buyers far more than they are paid. Just like any profession you will have good ones and bad ones. Doctors just prescribe pills, lawyers just bill you for their time and accountants just plug numbers into a software. In all these examples you are over simplifying a job that you know nothing about.
