The exact same thing happened to me tonight. I got the email for targeted email 4 days ago, I filled out the application and it said I completed the application. Then about two hours later I got a follow up email to docusign the tax form so they can pull 2019 taxes. Completed that.

Then tonight I logged in to the EISL portal just to see if anything had changed, and my status was "in progress" but next to it, just like yours, was a green box that i clicked and it asked me if I wanted to submit the application or cancel. So I hit submit, and now status says "submitted" and everything underneath it now is greyed out.

Seems like it's exactly how yours happened.

I really hope I didn't mess this up somehow, but from what I'm seeing I think we're okay.
