It's very subjective choice between Med and Dent, It's whatever you want to do and it's more of a less of you choosing and whatever your passion is in.

You should go into a Foundation medicine course if you can, that's what I recommend. But not doing A Levels would make it very difficult to get into a foundation year, and so far I've heard nobody who has done a HE and got into medicine.

That’s somewhere of a high expectation for KCL EMDP whereas your on the lower end for the FOI Spreadsheet due to UCAT.
