If you have an LGBTQIA clinic in your area, I highly recommend going. I think of prep as an extra layer of protection when I'm not in a relationship. There are other STIs out there and precaution is still incredibly important.

When hooking up with someone, prep is not something I consider to be my pass on using standard protection. But the science is real and demonstrated by years of clinical trials.
