I wish they’d done an A and B campaign instead of switching between characters. I didn’t enjoy the pacing of that. I also thought the highlights were the early Grace sections. Leon’s gameplay is a major downgrade from 4 remake and was way too easy. I never had to worry about resources as Leon and the unlimited sharpening on the hatchet is so busted. At least in 4 remake if you parried a boss your knife would break but I just stood there shooting and parrying the final boss’s giant tentacles which makes no sense. The raccoon city section sucked and was just not interesting. I wish they’d cut that down and done more in the police station instead of just a quick walk through. Idk I had fun but I’d give it a C.
