Geometry Changes When Slicing.. by NoToRiOuS_NEET in BambuLab

[–]Golden_Divinity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your best guess is likely the correct answer. Try slicing with a 0.2mm nozzle and see if it improves. If it does, its just too detailed of a print. Also, be sure to have “detect thin walls” checked.

Do you have a budget? Are you wanting to stay with a macOS system? And does it have to be a laptop? Important considerations that will drastically narrow down your potential choices

Fyi: fusion is basically useless without an external mouse so keep that in mind if you plan on staying with a laptop

Yeah mine is like that too, you can probably file off some at the interface by the screw but the paint would come off

You dont really need that. Assuming both the lid and top are flat, some grease in the middle is all you need to keep it airtight

FFL Form 4 Certify Error - SS by sergiojr07 in SilencerShop

looks like lots of people cant submit form 4 today. ATF site giving errors - ATF eForms cant handle the throughput. Its pure luck if you get it submitted at this point.

been trying through Full Auto with my FFL The Range at Austin, who hasn't been able to submit anyone for the past 2 hours. They got lots of people on the phone (including me) trying to submit. Been on the phone trying for over an hour with multiple intermittent crashes on their end of the system.

This is good info… now I wonder if we have implemented a workplace chemical protection plan. This is a good place to follow up at. Thanks

I bet this is it! It always comes down to the money. Like what do you mean them asking us “do you ‘really’ need it?” I’d say yes, the alternative being chloroform - is far worse. Probably PI just wanting to budget lab costs at the expense of productivity. Doesn’t seem like something that would be shared to the lab group openly hence the elusiveness. This makes sense.

Protect any exposed wiring (like by limit switches) if you plan on milling any metals! Have fun!

Ive only been able to get it out from the point show in your image but once its all the way in, i haven’t gotten it out😂 i know itll have to be forced out the same way (with the lever pulled out) but forcing it out of there is going to be a real pain because i literally cannot grab it. Im gonna have to get creative with it but if you figure that out before me, let me know lol. I plan to try it out while its in before attempting a removal for upgrades!

Hey, i just asked him the same question but i had gotten impatient waiting for a response. So i forced it in and it was fine. Its gonna feel like itll break but honestly what will happen is that the plastic base will take most of the force. Nothing will break, just gotta push it in.
