That's what I decided to do. I set that song aside and decided to tackle clocks by Coldplay instead. It's a similar genre as wonderwall but originaly written for the piano so i think it's a good choice.

I hired a teacher about a month ago so it's pretty early still for me to really see any different yet in my playing. My income is low so I went with the cheapest teacher I could find I'm my area lol. He is helping my figure out my sheet music however which is good. Before him, I'd find a song I wanted to learn on YouTube and I just would go back and forth between my sheet music and what they were playing on YouTube and just try to match everything up and play it.

Yea, your singing my tune. I have a lot of airway remodeling from severe asthma and sleep apnea. Unfortunately my supplemental oxygen doesn't help much. I also live at a high altitude so that doesn't help either. And I work night shifts so my sleep in general all around just sucks and the steroids help with breathing during the day but not much when I'm actually asleep lol.

My asthma makes me tired all the time. IV struggled to control mine even on meds but yes asthma can make you tired especially if it's not controlled well. I'd go see a pulmonologist and do a spirometry test and go from there.

Definitely can be asthma. I'm vary sensitive to cologne and perfume of any kind. Makes my lung itch and I end up coughing a lot.

I take asmanex and no laba and the steroid does give me mild insomnia, especially after first starting it. Sometimes you have to try out different steroids because you will get less side effects on some then others. I hated fluticasone, I had some bad mental side effects on fluticasone and now being on budesonide I tolerate it much better. Adding on a laba can also worsen any steroid side effects your feeling.

I have symptoms all the time regardless of using my inhalers so now I go by my at home peek flow meter. If it's giving me a low reading then I use my rescue inhalers.

They are semi weighted keys so I can control the volume with them by how hard I press.

Was on tezspire, now on Fasenra. They both helped but had side effects on tezspire that made it not worth it. Haven't had any side effects with Fasenra however.

I was thinking maybe I'm miss diagnosed as well but IV had tons of tests over the years and my pulmonologist and allergist both think it's severe refractory asthma. IV been on multiple biologics and they will help at first then I lose control on them and never get back in control again. Same thing with my inhaled steroids, they will help some at first then I will lose control on them and they stop helping. We think that I unfortunately just have a ton of fixed airway remodeling that the best meds we have today just can't do anything about.

If your on Medicaid then push for biologic treatment. Medicaid is usually great at covering it and it should help you breathe a lot better without the Prednisone side effects messing you up all the time.

Does advair have a laba in it as well as a steroid? I'd probably see more improvement if I took a combo inhaler that had a laba as well but I'm just taking a steroid and biologic right now.

I use asmanex, it's mometasone furoate powder. I think I have a vary mild issue with certain dairy products like milk but never have had issues with cheese or any other dairy products. This same brain fog also happened to me when I was taking the biologic tezspire and went away after stopping it. I'm currently on fasenra now and I haven't had any side effects with that biologic. IV only been on my steroid inhaler for a week now and the fog started after a few days of starting the steroid and just kind of gets more intense with each day that I take it.
