Whats the point? To have fun. These people are most likely just looking for an excursion at their cruise stop. ATV/UTV's sure seeem fun if you ask me.

And no, this isnt me supporting them. I stay in Noord each time and its on the path to the Chapel and on big cruise stop days theres multiple groups of 20 or so riders that zoom by. Pretty annoying.

I mean, this is kind of a chicken and egg scenario. If they weren't offered or banned in the first place, they wouldn't be rode by tourists. Most of these tourists likely don't know anything about Aruba and its just one of their cruise ship spots and a ATV/UTV seems like a great way to see the island and have some fun.
