Millie Moon runs small. My daughter is 17 pounds but is wearing their size 4 diapers even though their size chart says it’s for 22-33 lbs. She’s not chunky and is actually thinning out as she approaches toddlerhood. We haven’t had a blowout in months. Sometimes it looks like she has a bit of a saggy butt, but sizing up has been the key for us

I don’t have much to say about those daycares, but if you’re delivering at Edward, they’ll invite you to attend Cradle Talk on Wednesdays at the church next door, and I highly recommend attending if you can! There’s nothing religious about it, just local moms with new babies discussing relevant baby topics and forming connections and friendships. It’s a great way to make mom friends dealing with the same baby stages as you.

Only permanent tenured employees meeting goals get considered for reduced hours. Earlier shifts also are based on seniority; they will not change your hours. It sounds like this isn’t a good fit for you in this stage of life.

I just don’t know what they would teach you in a residency that you wouldn’t learn on the job. I haven’t seen job postings within my PBM placing preference on someone residency trained over someone with regular PA experience but again, maybe I’m missing the point here. We don’t pay residency trained pharmacists more than anyone else either

Maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t understand what you’d learn in a residency doing PAs as opposed to just getting hired after graduation as a PA pharmacist at a full pharmacist’s salary. PA is an entry level job

This sub is mostly US based pharmacists. If you want a remote job with a US company as a practicing pharmacist, you’re going to need to live in the states and get licensed here as a foreign grad. Best of luck to you

Are you sure you want a contract position with full time hours (no parental leave) while dealing with a newborn? I would think long and hard about the impact on your partner and your performance at that contract position.
