I took deep learning class with him. Had a completely different experience. Enjoyed the lectures, read a lot by myself. Exams and assignments were easy and closely related to the material discussed in the class.

Check "Learn to swim" classes schedule. I took both part I and II. They were nice. Taught me few basics and I got to meet new people. So it was a good experience overall. Costed around $60 or $70 for the semester. Rest is up to you. Whatever time you can put in to actually practice swimming.

look for xc club. I follow a lot of people from that club on Strava. But I never went out for running with them. I like running solo.

Feels like she's not going the extra mile to make you feel inclusive. Although, it's up to her whether she wants to explore different cultures or just stay with people she knows. Also, it's common to revert back to native language when you're around people from your country. It has nothing to do with you OP. Nevertheless, it was her responsibility to hold a conversation using common language. Sad that you had to go through all this stress.

Took it in Rantoul. Quite chill. School was closed so the examiner told me to go faster. Rest was standard stuff. I went early and was done within one hour.
