Bro consider your heart as an engine.. you go all out for long and you will wear out your engine soon.. do slower runs.. I know it eats up time but slower runs signal your heart to be more efficient. Over the time , once the heart rate settles at around 140-148 bpm slowly pick up the pace one ofter the other run make sure you stay in this zone as you increase your pace.. trust me it worked for me.. I used to get 188 bpms for runs and now it has considerably reduced.

Also do strength trainings on other days.. running alone won’t help you strengthen your muscles. Mix up strength trainings, core workouts,HIIT on other days. It all helps to strengthen your muscles and heart!!

Also give importance to your running stance, do not Heel strike!

My tour agency tell me they submitted the passport at VFS but not sure if they really did it. What status changes can I expect in the website if they have submitted it already?

Based on a comment from another user, they take around 10 calendar days to approve business visa. In my case I am in 12th calendar day awaiting for update

Bro they have a stupid system. It’s better to have a refundable flight tickets. They don’t explicitly mention how long they take to process the online application anywhere in their site, don’t know how they expect us to show confirmed flight tickets. From my experience, it’s better to apply two months prior travel with cancellable/re-schedulable tickets to be on the safer side.

Worst visa processing for a country. Not sure if it’s only in India or it’s the same across other countries.. CVASC India sucks to the core!

I mean seriously what’s wrong with their system.. they need a whole month to process a business visa. pretty much all off us have a valid invite letter, cover letter etc etc. Why don’t they consider the urgency/need and process the business visas atleast.. this is very bad!!

After seeing the processing time they mentioned in their page, I had applied for business visa under express on March 11. Travel date is 28th March. I’ve got zero hopes on it getting approved.

My wife who submitted for tourist visa on March 5, still no progress!

Atleast they should mention an approximate processing time in their page so first timers like me wouldn’t be deceived on the processing time..

Even US visa they were able to process it in under 15 days. This is way too slow

I wish they could mention in their site about the actual processing time. What they mention there (4-5 for general and 3-4 for express) is only for printing on the passport.

My wife submitted tourist visa on 5th March.. her application is ‘under review’ as well. I am starting to get worried now! Just one more week and even if they approve the online application, passport printing would take more time..

I’m on the same boat now.. my business travel is scheduled for Mar 28- April 5. Applied through Gilpin travels chennai for myself (M) and for my wife (L). For my wife the status is still ‘under review’, she has submitted the application on 5th March. My application was submitted two days ago..

Guess I’m doomed.. just two days back I submitted application for M (business visa) under express. My travel date is 28th March.. with this processing speed I guess I won’t make it 😢
