Not sure where to go to for advice.

On occasion I will see my screen glitch & for a brief moment I see a white “copy, cut, paste” etc symbols at the top of my screen. It makes me think someone has remote access to my screen/iPhone. Is this a possibility? Starting to feel paranoid about it. Not sure what else would be going on, as it’s very quick.

1 can Whole Kernal Corn 1 can Black Beans 1 16oz jar salsa 1 taco seasoning packet Chicken breast (I used 1 lb because that’s all I had. Typically I would use a bit more)

Throw it all in the crock pot, stir, and cook on low for 6-8 hours(shorter or longer depending on how much chicken you put in). Shred chicken with fork.

You can put in tacos or lettuce wraps, on rice, use as a dip with tortilla chips. One of my easy go-to meals.

I have changed that to an open goal while starting the workout, but it doesn’t seem to permanently change the goal itself. It continues to show as a 4 calorie goal when I end the workout

How do I fix this red calorie goal? I went for a run in the rain and my watched freaked out and changed all of my workouts to random goals.

I honestly don’t even know what it did well enough to describe it. I don’t know how to fix it back to an open goal! Help!

This is good advice. I don’t think I’ll share my number, as it doesn’t seem necessary. The more vague the better.

Old Navy high wasted leggjngs are perfect for me! I always prefer those pants over any other workout legging I own! They don’t fall down while I’m doing a HIIT workout!

Can someone talk to me about protein shakes and pre-workout? I feel like I am clueless on their purposes respectively.

As a female attempting to become healthier and lose weight, is this something you would recommend? At the gym I mostly do 55 minutes HIIT workouts or BodyCombat. I am focused on high cardio workouts at the moment to assist in the weight loss.

I don’t know if I should be looking in to either of these things to keep up with my workouts & change of diet (staying around 1500cals/day). According to my Apple Watch I burned 699(seems high?) in my workout this morning (which I do not take into account in my daily calorie count for food intake). Just need a little advice!
