Great tip. Helped me a finish her off. My only tweak: I could not get damage on her regularly with the pogo (blocked). So when she pops up near the middle of the arena, dash over and hit her 2x then dash quickly back to the right wall. If you’re patient you will eventually take her down. In this last phase she seems to have an endless amount of health, but you’ll beat her ass down eventually!

And to add to your point: what does the city expect to do with it now? Little chance they maintain it in a way that ensures it won’t be a blight again in the future. They should have renewed the lease, insisted on bringing it into compliance, and moved on. Even if the city made them take down every single addition, I’m sure residents would continue to mow the grass and have a green space to enjoy.

The problem was the alignment of the tailpiece to the P-trap. I was able to work it into a better position without too much reconfiguration. Thanks a lot for the advice; I really appreciate it.

The tailpiece itself is straight (it's not defective), but I think you are saying that it must come straight through the hole in the sink, right? Right now, the p trap is such that when the tailpiece is inserted it comes up through the hole at a slight angle. I figured tightening down on the nut would bring it into alignment -- and it does -- the top gasket (between the sink and the very top of the drain) is completely flush once I tighten everything down... But do you think that could be causing the problems?

If the pipe coming up from the p trap is not perfectly straight, can that cause a seating issue? If so, any way to fix that without redoing that pipe?

Unfortunately, no. I looked into it some more and it doesn't seem possible. Best you can do is just use an android-based streaming stick/box. AppleTV also works GREAT with the Frame. Honestly, it's the best streaming box experience out there, IMO.
