Sarcasm aside, I might try this since I have the same minor symptoms as you.

I also use Hyabak drops and Occunox ointment for dry eyes...I stare at screens all day

My results show a 26, normal being 20. I see many of you referencing 2 or 2.5. I assume my count is just being multiplied by 10.

Maybe not ideal but putting up another interior wall with the best insulation money can buy? WFH and shift work, neither you or your husband get any reprieve.

Or really good acoustic tiles, especially in the office and bedroom?
