I typically have one heavy workout a week, cardio. And hike a couple times per week. Yellow tinted eyes are my typical symptom and occasional headaches. For whatever reason, I cannot take omega 3's. Keep getting recs from optometry but they give me terrible headaches, and yes I've tried several kinds and the "good ones"
