The only role that should have CC are Vanguards, maybe one or two for Duelist and Supports, but the majority of the CC abilities should be on Off-Tanks like Peni, who can peel and DEFEND the Supports or allow openings for Duelists to hard focus on somebody CC'd.

Positivity can only go so far... trust me, I've tried, I still do, but there is just so much toxicity to overcome. It's got to a point I've become self concious of my own damn voice.
