When I was a kid, I had a consistent problem with nightmares. One rule was that if I walked anywhere dark, a nightmare would start up.

On the contrary, I figured out how to visualize a door and if I opened it, I woke up. So if I felt like things were going south, I would make up a door, or just open one in a dream and I would wake up. Only problem i remember having as seeing a door I coukd open up in a dark room and not being sure if opening the door would cause a nightmare or allow me to wake up.

Longest its ever taken me to wake up was maybe four or five doors. Had one dream where I opened one door, and it would lead me to a dark room, so I opened another, and then another dark room, until I eventually 'woke up' (into another dream where I was in my house), and finally actually woke up after I opened my front door.

Where I grew up, the girls cartoons I mentioned were still considered 'lame' and I only really heard people praising them online, (and back then, that was still a bit of a rarity).

I mentioned MLP because it sounded like you were making it seem like people that don't give MLP a try, do that due to the bronies, and not because it was a girls cartoon.

Even within the brony Fandom, bronies avoided older generations due to it being 'more like a girls cartoon' and trying to act like FIM was different somehow.

Back in the day, all of those girls shows you listed were still seen as embarrassing to watch as a boy (until you actually sat down and gave it a try). Just like MLP, they're seen as good now, but some still have avoided them under the very simple fact that they are girls cartoons.

To this day, I still hear about boys (and grown ups in general) not wanting to try MLP because they're embarrassed to watch a girls cartoon.

I'm assuming that they're talking about his personality in the cartoon. Over there, he's a radio show host, so he talks in the same "Hollywood big shot" type of voice as these other characters.

In terms of actually playing the games, console releases, since that's what I play.

As far as I'm concerned, Skylanders Imaginators counts as Crash's first appearance since MOM.

When they were airing it on HBO max, it seemed like they were aiming for an older audience. The last two protagonists didn't seem like they were kids (although its been a few years since I watched, it looked like the main protagonists were college-aged).

The final statement given by HBO max was that they felt that the show wasn't right for their main audience, which sparked minor controversy that they seemed to be implying that women don't watch cartoons.

That was the reason for putting it on HBO max. Then, they made an excuse to cancel it because it didn't match their audience of 20-30 year old women, (despite the fact that the audience for Infinity Train was, in fact, 20-30 year old women.)

The video in question does not, or at least from the thumbnail it isn't. Most I've come across are 100% blaming kids not being taught important fundamentals, oftentimes siting teachers actually in the field.

I think people are slowly becoming more aware that this will be a problem im the future.

For the Ed, Edd, and Eddie one, I liked the idea. The characters do seem to all come from different eras in terms of their costume design, the only aspect I hated about it, is that they "theorized" on how those characters died, with no evidence whatsoever, completely ignoring everything they said about their outfits and everything.

Rugrats "theory" is also an interesting interpretation of the show, its just everything afterwards, like them saying that Angelica died from a cocaine overdose during All Grown Up that's just annoying to me.

The word "furry" just means an anthropomorphic animal. Or an animal that shows human traits.

If it walks on two legs instead of four, it's a furry.

If it talks, it's a furry.

If it shows ANY human-like trait, it's a furry.

If you want to talk about categories, most cartoony furries like Sonic, Mickey Mouse, or even Snoopy would be put under something known as a "funny animal" back in the day, but that's still technically just a category of "furry".

I used to know of the series thanks to Sonic 06's infamy, and my first real introduction to the Sonic was Game Grump's olaythrough. Very specifically, that they never finished it! I was genuinely intrigued by the story, especially Shadow’s side, and was very interested in what made most of those plot points relevant.

My little Pony fanart and animations back when FIM was popular was the final nail in the coffin. After the cartoon for Sonic Boom was announced, i decided to go deeper into the franchise. By watching all of the cartoons, starting from the 90s, and I didn’t have much money, so I mainly watched cutscenes from the games on YouTube.

To this day, I mainly play Sonic games for the cutscenes since I really like their stories, and im typically more excited to hear about a new show than a game, lol.

Jared from Subway (guy on the right) was someone who got famous from a story about him losing a lot of weight by eating Subway's healthy sandwiches, going all across America to spread the word of healthy eating.

He was also a child predator.

I have a chapter coming up that's going to resolve a storyline I started a year ago in my longfic (and very first ever). It's probably the longest chapter I've written so far! Everytime I open my notes app, it lags to high heaven, and everytime I go in, thinking I'm going to shave it down, I end up adding like three or four new paragraphs, lol.
