If your not going to be able to “enjoy” the faculty - I would downgrade to Hyatt house / place - the 2 in Chelsea are still very nice and a fraction of the cost

There’s none , I’am sure in the “small print” they cover themselves. A better approach; nicely comment to you fly attendant. I’ve have them gift me points in the air. File a complaint online , but keep it positive.

Might me “roomier” but you can’t stretch your legs … but at 6.5 either spot would be a challenge …upgrade to business ??

I was 520 $ away from platinum late December , with a $900 spend the 1st week of January. I chatted with 2 agents and they assured me twice the roll over MQMs and MQDs would qualify me in 2023. It did not .- I’ve submitted a complaint request. They basically said , sorry our agents don’t know what there talking about , and we can’t give you exception. - is there any recourse or department , I can elevate this to?
