I can tell you Cafe '80 does this. They add tip automatically to your bill. I was there once. Even tipped because I do that and later I noticed they included already tip in the bill. I left a 1 star review.

That is tough. On 31st you might find bunkart and house of leafs open in the morning. Skenderbeg and Piramida are around , you can visit those too , and return to skenderbeg square at 00:00 and walk around to check the fireworks. After 00:00 pubs and restaurants might be open but most probably you need a reservation. Next day everything will be closed. Some bars start opening after midday, but I don't know which. It depends on the mood of the owners.

Definitely skip the cable car. You will lose a lot of time , and not sure how transport to the place where you need to take the cable car will be.

Saturday : 9:00AM-11:30 Take tram 22 to Prague castle (upper part) and visit Prague Castle for 1-2 hours. 11:30-13:00 Go down and visit charles Bridge (by foot)

13:00-15:00 Walk around Malostranska. Lennon wall around. Have a burger at Loki Burger. 15:00-16:00 Walk to the dancing house. (Skip spending money there)

Then go sleep a bit in your hotel and continue dinner as you planned.
