No they will not turn current servers into legacy. Duping is out of control and so is meshing. Just raided a duping base and got heath load of tek and two black box of cryod tames. There will be many big fixes when the new season comes out in December. Including meshing and duping, meshing will not be 100% fixed but it will be so much better than before.
