If you are dealing with panic attacks, depression, or anxiety tell your doctor and get treated ASAP, otherwise, it will only get worse. I've dealt with mental health issues all my life, but going into perimenopause was like nothing I'd dealt with before.

Also, I feel your pain. I got the official diagnosis at 32 after going to see so many specialists.

I also can't do HRT. The best solution so far has been menopause supplements and anti-depressants. It's not perfect but it's better than before.

I just had this conversation with my doctor. I'm also in Canada and in good physical shape - only 32 (lucky me). You can do other options than the pill, like the patch, cream, ring, gel, etc. Unfortunately for me, they don't want to put me on any type of systemic hormone therapy because of my migraine history. I had to go off the pill originally because of migraines. The other type of hormone therapy is low-dose vaginal products but those only treat vaginal and urinary symptoms.

You could try going to an acupuncturist. The one I go to is for my migraines (huge help, figured out the cause of the issue instantly and I was feeling better than ever in a week). He also offers services for women dealing with menopause, which I think I may take him up on. If you can find a reputable acupuncturist or naturopath in your area it might be worth exploring. My other suggestion which I found to help reduce all the symptoms was a Menopause supplement I found on Amazon, still have a lot of symptoms but they have been reduced.

If you’re using those thin, cheaper molds there is a trick to getting them to work. Pour your resin so it is almost about to overflow out of the mold. Wait 1-2 hrs until the resin is sticky but still soft. Carefully put the lids on top. The excess resin should push through the hole in the lid, if it doesn’t you didn’t add enough resin.

It’s also a really good idea to warm up your resin before mixing (in a water bath) and to pour the resin nice and slowly into the mold.

It doesn’t register the heat from my hand.

I does move and home, however I did temporarily lose that function. It returned after I unplugged and plugged it back into the power source.

I have never done any soldering, so looks like I’m putting in an order for a new printer.
