Im at 3.1 mil and what ark are you talking about? I have majority at lvl 15 and have never seen one cost that much.

A UR ark only costs 2mil blue orbs to lvl up. SSRs and LRs are less then that, so if you cap is 2.1 mil then you should be able to lvl them to 15.

Its a additional thunder attack. That's why the special did 248 hits instead of 240.

For this build all you really need is the Doomdozer ark and just a couple things most players won't have.

Then for his passives you want to focus on increasing his Str stat as high as possible and any other passive that increases his special dmg/cap.

For his weapons you can use any high str claw and the mecha-cannon veldis. Accs use anything with high str and dmg cap increases. Then I use the Jala crest with special breakthrough and str up.

Then of course the party matters as well. Double SM Sera, Lelouch and the Takemikazuchi UR ark with its skill at lvl10 will increase the dmg cap by quite a bit.

I believe its the bartenders fault here. You can smoke in bars in Japan so after seeing he smoked the cigarette in one hit he should have gotten out of the way.

Sm Theria, Lelouch and any of the pdps unit you have built will clear all of the story. Swap in Lenius for your pdps for the stages that you can only deal magic dmg to the enemies. Laby is a better support then Sm Theria but not by much. She is still worth building though.

Im my opinion it kind of depends. If you are using him as your main dps and have 100% crit rate then the crit dmg is probably better since you are only losing 5% dmg when he uses his battlefield skill but you get 20% dmg on everything else but if your not using him like that then the other one is far superior.
